The original FiRE + iCE Restaurant opened in Cambridge's Harvard Square in 1997 and quickly became a favorite with students, office workers, couples and families. FiRE + iCE expanded by opening locations in Providence, Rhode Island in 1999, Boston's Back Bay in 2000, the Marriott Timber Lodge in South Lake Tahoe, California in 2003, Birmingham Alabama and West Nyack, New York in 2008. FiRE+iCE is getting ready to open its it's second location in California at the Anaheim Garden Walk in the summer of 2009. FiRE + iCE has been nationally recognized by many restaurant publications.
