How do I use my HappyHour Card membership?

Restaurants: Your card must be activated to use. At the end of your meal, include the HappyHour Card along with another form of payment. The waiter will discount the meal or give the offer accordingly and provide you with a receipt which will plainly reflect the discount. Please remember that it is customary to tip on the total amount (before discount).

Movies: You must be logged in as a member to order discounted movie tickets through HappyHourcard.com. Once logged in, go to the movies page and follow the instructions at the bottom of the page. Please allow 3 business days to receive your movie tickets.

Nightclubs/Nightlife: Your card must be activated to use. Please give the HappyHour card to the person at the door or entrance to receive the HappyHour card offer.

Happy Hour or misc. Special Offer: Your card must be activated to use. Please give the HappyHour card to the waiter or person helping you at the bar/lounge or venue entrance, prior to usage, to receive the HappyHour card offer.


How many times can I use my HappyHour Card?

There is no limit, throughout the year-long membership, to the usage of the HappyHour Card. Make the card and its privileges a regular part of your HappyHour experience.


What should I know about the restaurant discounts?

Each restaurant has their own discount in which they offer the HappyHour Card; members. It is your responsibility to look at the website and check to see the specific restaurant’s offerings prior to visiting the restaurant. The restaurant has the right to update, change or even cancel their discount offerings at anytime so please check the website often. How do I buy a membership for someone?

I lost the HappyHour Card, how do I replace it?

The HappyHour Card must be purchased again if you lose the card. Although the original card will be deactivated, it is our policy to charge for a misplaced or stolen card.

Yes. You may call 949-945-7691 to talk with one of our customer service representatives. They can take your order right over the phone.


What is the most appropriate way to tip when using the HappyHour Card?

It is always customary to tip 15%-20% of the original bill total (before the discount). Our restaurant and venue partners are already giving such a great gift to our members so always remember to tip your waiter appropriately.
